Any venues that intend to conduct marriages or civil partnerships must apply to us for approval first. Part of the approval process is the publication of notices, these allow objections to be raised within 21 days of the publication of the notice.

The following notice applies to all personal information processed for the purposes of providing Adult Shared Lives services, as delivered by our Adults & Communities department and required by the Care Act 2014.
